ANNUAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023

Financial Highlights of 2023 Annual Results:

• For the financial year ended 31 December 2023, the Group’s revenue and profit attributable to equity shareholders of the Company amounted to approximately RMB46.8 million (2022: approximately RMB52.3 million) and approximately RMB19.3 million (2022: approximately RMB22.1 million), respectively.

• For the financial year ended 31 December 2023, basic earnings per share of the Group was approximately RMB0.04 (2022: RMB0.05).

• Final dividend of RMB0.6 cents (equivalent to HK0.66 cents) per ordinary share (2022: RMB1.90 cents) for the year ended 31 December 2023. Together with the interim dividend of RMB1.06 cents per share, the full year dividend amounts to RMB1.66 cents per share (2022: RMB1.90 cents per share).
